Many are requesting me to upload a Delay Reducer for Warcraft III and now here it is!

HOW TO USE?
1) Run DR.exe (with Administrative privileges).
2) Run Warcraft III.
3) Type desired command(s) inside of any Warcraft III chat (Game or B.net lobby or Game Lobby).
4) Leave DR.exe running as long as you want access to commands.
Commands:
!dr <val> - Sets delay to <val>milliseconds.
!cd <val> - Sets countdown to <val>seconds.
!mt - Traps or untraps the mouse to the Wc3 Window (use for -window mode).
!x - Cleanly exits (fine to just hit alt + f4 in reality), note this will untrap the mouse.
